Before accepting the NatWest offer, I informed HR that I couldn’t join on the given date, and she confirmed the DOJ would be revised if I mailed details in the first week of November. I did so and sent follow-ups, but there’s been no response. I’ve informed the onboarding team, but I haven’t received a revised DOJ yet

When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
