Whosoever is applying to Capgemini, please think twice. They took my L1, L2, and had salary discussion. They asked me to submit all my docs then after 3 weeks, HR has finally replied that they will not be moving with my candidature due to business constraints. I don't know why these guys don't check before scheduling a interview. They waste their time and candidate's time. Highly disappointed!!

Does interviewer nowadays still write early feedback prior to sharing the full feedback with recruiters?
