Hi all, does anyone have a good framework they would recommend for developing HCP/physician communication strategies and defining tactics for HCP engagement (outside of pharma reps)? There is of course a ton out there for patient communications such as patient journey mapping but engaging HCPs is a very different beast. Looking for something a bit more nuanced than a traditional consumer framework. Thanks!

Anyone else have to deal with your head of Brand Planning constantly trying to tear down the value of Comms Planning? Is it fear that we will replace them? Or perhaps he's just fundamentally insecure.

Does anyone have a list of KPIs for Comms Planning roles within an agency setting? Trying to establish how I’m measured / being reviewed because it’s very hazy at the moment.
