Yes, if performance is not as expected. Its easy for both parties. Candidate will get 1 month NP. On other hand it will be easy for manager not to continue with him. Because once probation is confirmed then its very difficult for manager to get rid of him. He/She has to follow proper PEP program which is very hectic process or wait for restructuring process to come.

Our company is shopping around for anti-virus and anti-malware solutions, and encountering companies who “will not redline.” We’ve tried 3 vendors, and the only one who redlined quoted 5x what others have quoted. Some of it has to do with how the biz team is presenting, but has anyone else run into this?
