I use worked at Crossmedia, they over compensate with perks to hide their lack of organization. Be careful of the people that smile and laugh in your face because they are the ones calling you names behind your back. I had to leave because one I wasn’t properly trained making it stressful and it was such a bad vibe especially hearing my Director calling people idiots and other distasteful names.

I need some legit feedback on what is it like to be a UXD at companies like Accenture?
They claim to do a lot of research oriented designs, as everyone. But is that really the case or it's like some other service based companies where the UX is almost vague, and happens mostly based on what the managers think to be good?

Does UX have any value or it's just drafting wireframes based on ideations by the managers and then UI designs?

With recession right in the corner, can we expect hiring freeze even for UX roles?

Hi! I'm currently doing a part time remote Job for an American company as a graphic designer. I'm still in college and am planning to hold this job for atleast 2 years till my graduation. I wanted to know if a part time job counts as a valid YOE or will it be seen to be less than a full time job?
