Be careful of the people that smile and laugh in your face because they are the ones calling you names behind your back. I had to leave because one I wasn’t properly trained making it stressful and it was such a bad vibe especially hearing my Director calling people idiots and other distasteful names.

I’ve made it to the 3rd round interviewing at three different firms over the past month, and the feedback I’m getting has all been very similar: they think I’m really great, but it’s not the right time. Why spend 4-6 hours interviewing me just to say there isn’t actually a current role for me? Should I be reading between the lines (if so what does it mean?) or pressing harder for more detailed feedback?
