In a multifamily home that i own and live in facing lot of trash problem with the street trash getting caught in the hedges/bushes. Fencing might solve the issue but is it worth spending 6-10m on this gives this is an investment property and this does not necessarily add any separate value per se? He worked with the sales folks at WTC and said that if multiple buyers come in, he could work out a deal. Wanted to check if anyone is interested? We bought a condo in Jan this year. Neither the seller nor the management company disclosed an ongoing project to reinforce balconies (approx. 30k cost to us). The management company explicitally stated no special assessments were underway or proposed during our due diligence. Anyone else have a similar issue? Did you end up suing the sellers? Any tips? I was let go from my position yesterday. The managing partner, who did the letting go, said it as because of poor development and bad work product. A partner put me in charge of a specific project that I ran independently. Things were going well. The client began asking me to do more and more, including revamping their system and internal trainings. The client even gave me a litigation matter. Suddenly, the partner became more involved. I was removed from meetings concerning the revamping, my trainings were cancelled, and he started micromanaging. He has now sidelined me from the project and trash talked me to the client. I am very upset.

Bad part of being laid off: many many interviews (and of course lack of job). Silver lining: no more virtual company happy hours! I do not miss the pressure to participate.
