I recently completed my MBA (Tier 1 college), although the role offered to me doesn't align with my aspirations and interests and I'm confused between two paths to take.
1) To look for a job in management (interested in PM roles)
2) Or to switch back to software development of which I have 2.7 years of experience working as full stack developer, integrating NLP based applications

Current CTC: 26LPA

Please help me on which path should I take and companies that can match this CTC.

Hi Fishes!! I have got an offer from Infosys for Gurgaon Location. Mostly everyone knows Infosys is not present in NCR location. Although, my offer letter mentions I will be working remotely and no need to come to office. Is there anyone else who is in the same situation, i.e from Gurgaon Location.

What’s the tea on TDH Chicago?

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.
