I'm looking for a referral into a Financial Services (Strategy / Transformation) consulting role in or based out of Belgium (want to move over with my Belgian partner). I'm a Director level but my most recent role is in-house in London. Fluent in English and improving my French right now if that matters. Anyone out there who can assist? I've seen McKinsey and Kearney have open recs at all levels, but I don't want risk a direct application that might get lost in the system.

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.

How much programming language is important for a QA Engineer..

Need your inputs, I have experience in Java Automation for past 2 years.. now am to join a company, which is using Ruby for Automation. Not a big deal in learning about ruby. Only worried about that if I continue here, in process of learning ruby I might have to unlearn java. If I need to come out then openings on Automation with ruby in the market is pretty much less I think..
