I have 5.3 yoe working as a Sr Data Analyst. I have received an offer from Deloitte (Hyderabad) for the role of Senior Consultant (DM) – Agile Scrum Master, 17 LPA fixed. Could you please clarify what this role involves? I am more interested in the data domain—would this role be similar or different?

Also, when I spoke with some Deloitte employees, they mentioned that the role may vary depending on the project and that most people end up doing similar work. Is that correct?

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

How many days Deloitte India takes to release offer letter. I tried to contact HR she said that they are trying to get approvals and it is in progress. It's been a week that i have uploaded my docs.

Hi Fishes. I have requested the hr to revise my Offer letter since the ctc offered was well below what was discussed . Someone from the Talent Team did confirm they are discussing it . Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ?
