My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

Hello people. Need a suggestion and plz provide your honest inputs. I'm with EY GDS currently (3 YOE) with a package of 10LPA (before hike). Role is of Tax senior. I'm exploring roles in WELLS FARGO/JP as I am looking into profiles in investment banking. Have done masters in banking & finance, & have retail banking experience of 4.5 years. Overall 8+ YOE from scrap.
Just want to understand the salary structure and role in wells/jp if possible. What can I expect with the jump at most? Plz help.

I was recently realigned to Kolkata location although my base location as per offer letter was Bangalore. The relocation HR PoC helped me relocate for now as WFH is going on & I wanted to save money by not changing to Bangalore as of now.
