Got an offer of 42.5LPA from DUSI for Manager role (5.5yoe). Do you think I can negotiate it to 45 or will they not budge any more?

Any other first years out there worry that this virtual environment just won’t be able to teach them? I worry I’m not getting the same “plugged in” experience when I can’t knock on a door or walk into an office. Doesn’t help that my anxiety is heightened by feeling so isolated. The learning curve is high enough as is and I’m not sure I’ll ever learn enough virtually to be useful in big law...am I alone?!?

What are some of the best consulting firms for digital strategy roles? Looking for a change and was wondering which of the T1/T2 firms have digital practices in Canada. I have applied to ATK and McK. BCG is working to establish their presence in Canada but their team is focused on establishing top down. Bain doesn’t have digital focus. Can anyone shed some light on other T2 firms?

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

Can anyone suggest if I can make a rental contract with my parents on a 1rupee stamp duty letter for below 1 lakh? If so, can I directly submit that to income tax department while filing the return for claiming refund or should I be disclosing in Deloitte Portal for last FY 2022. So if I move now to another team this year (maybe aug,22) will I be Still eligible for senior in my new team or should I continue to serve 1 more year there for my advancement?
