I have got an offer for Malaysia from HTC Global for 42 LPA in Indian currency. I have got an offer from alstom, Bangalore in hand as well for 27 LPA. I think if I get an offer in India for around 32-35 LPA, i should prefer staying in India but I need 1-2 months of time to be in that position. I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. Typical English firm salaries in London are about 70% Cravath (unless you're at one of the US firms that benchmarks to Cravath scale offices). 2PQE is around 165k USD + 30k bonus assuming 1800 billables. So comparing at a firm where you roughly bill 1900-2000 a year, you lose out, but if you bill 2200+, that's comparable?
