One of my friend in deloitte is under IAP process and she want to keep resignation if she keep resignation will they give immediate relieving Or IAP will ends on dec 25th(they will wait till IAP ends) or according to deloitte norms do they tell us to do notice period for 2 months?? If we don't have any club, then we should create one. I can volunteer in preparing one.

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.
