I have a close friend who is facing a small dilemma which is not allowing him to decide if he should join NIIT or a European company as a Manager recruiter. At NIIT he is supposed to recruit call centre professionals whereas the other company is an IT consulting and service provider. Also in the European company he gets to manage an internationally diverse team. The salary offered is almost the same. He is confused majorly because NIIT is a brand and the other is not.
