How do y'all's firms retain strong technical talent? It seems like we (as an industry) struggle to provide environment ownership that many growing consultants are looking for.

Would like some advice from partners. I was in financial services doing accounting, tax, technology and implementation for hedge funds through my career. I’m looking to settle on a specialty now. Is there anything specific you would advise for someone like me that’s not too far off from what I currently have on my resume?
