Hi All, I have an offer from ZS and from PWC PWC- 9 lpa fixed Zs- 11.5 lpa fixed
I want to join PWC as the the role is great over there. When should I call my HR for negotiation with pwc
? Joining date of pwc-30june and ZS is 20june. Have received the offer letter from PWC and accepted it already,i can still negotiate right? PwC

I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.
Any guidance or fist hand experience sharing is highly appreciated.

Develope a habbit to thank God for what you have rather than getting depressed about what you could possibly have. If in depression think of people loosing job during covid ...you way much better than that

7 yoe CTC: 12 lpa, that too after recent appraisal 😂 also work life balance ki lagi padi hai 😅 but depression won't take you anywhere. Just work on your skills, sooner or later you will land at better place. Also, don't compare your self with someone. You will always find someone better than you. Just focus on yourself and work on yourself.
@powerbi One of the best companies to work for - good leadership, appraisal, bonus, work culture (P.S I have only worked for Accenture internal development project - client facing projects may vary in experience as a lot depends on client, but working just for Accenture without client in picture the experience is best - but then it's like low risk low reward and high risk high reward, if you are internal project resource even if do rocket science stuff you get normal ACE award and recognition (which is not bad) but in client facing if you do rocket science stuff you get a lot of recognition, you immediately become a hot resource, hikes and promotions are much better, bt downside is, if the client is khadoos and doesn't recognise and appreciate your effort then you get 0 and depression after hard work - which is the story everywhere and in Accenture I have seen company even fighting the client if they are not doing right by the employees - so overall achi hai mast company hai, lekin fir bhi prefer karunga ki Microsoft, Apple, Google jaisi company me jana )
I know someone earning the lesser package with 11 YOE. Has been consistently top rated in appraisals, mind you.
People are feeling bad for 16lpa with less than 5 YOE? Don't know where the society is moving towards!
your peer group must be something extraordinary. My last CTC was 28 lakh per annum. Then I decided to do a PG and changed the direction of my career. My current CTC is 7.5 lpa. But I am happy. My entire work experience is around 5.5 years. Everything depends on your perspective. Find something that makes you happy. Money is important but dont make it the center of your world.
Bro, i can assure you that you're much better than 95% of the people at your age. Most of us are in the same boat trying to match up with our friends. Try not to focus on what others earn, rather how much they save. Learn saving! That's all that helps in life.

7yoe - 10lpa + 2 allowance.
Always been a top performer. Doesn't impact the pay though.
Be happy with what you're earning and try harder to up-skill and switch.
Don't underestimate yourself comparing with others.

Mere 99 / 100 marks aae hai....dusro k 100/ 100 dekh k mujhe dipression feel ho ra hai.....ab isko koi btao aise ye bimari felaoge toh hum backbenchers ab kya past me ja k suicide kar le? Sirf 3 baar revised kar k bol re hai....dusre ne 15 baar revised Kiya hai....orr mai puch ra hu kal exam kiska hai😂
Sometimes you need to find joy in things you do. Work can be a lot sometimes, so take a break, go out on a trip with friends and click tons of photos.
Remember if god forbid you die, you will be replaced by the company in a matter of days.
Only your family and friends will remember you. So make that remembrance worth it.
Spend some cash over them, help the needy, do some charity, these things help in astounding ways.
Coming to the package, it is based on personal satisfaction.
Your earning 16.5 LPA Your expectations 22 LPA
When you're earning 22 LPA you will be happy for a few months then your expectation would be 30 LPA
When you're earning 30 LPA then your expectation would be 45 LPA
THIS WILL KEEP ON GOING
Strive for 22 LPA or higher, give your best for that but don't sacrifice your mental peace for that.
Also don't use social media. It makes you feel depressed

Honestly you are blessed, Few dont even try and blame ppl. Work according to the hours.Go out with family or friends and try to see ppl from different perspective. Bcoz you will always find someone earning better than you.

You need to relax, when I had 4.5 years of exp I was earning 6Lpa and I got ctc of 16 Lpa after 8 year of exp. You are doing fine so no need to worry.
पहले सन्डे की सुबह भटूरे और जलेबियों से होती थी सामने रंगोली/श्री कृष्ण /मोगली चल रहे होते थे... अब सुबह उठकर हर सदस्य अपने मोबाइल में झांकता हुआ गूंगा बना बैठा होता है और ओट्स निगलता है तब भी डिप्रेशन में है ।
