What are questions to ask in an interview with a startup? I work at a medium sized company that brings in ~$70m in revenue with decent health benefits and 401k. I’ll be interviewing with a startup that’s under 50ppl and from what I could find online makes ~$4m in revenue and received a second round of funding (but is in debt). What are smart questions to make sure the company would be a good fit and for me to know what risks I could face joining a startup?

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. I use to work as a Support Engineer. I unskilled myself in DevOps and moved to DevOps. I have 3+ Support experience and 1.5 as DevOps Engineer. I have worked on Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and I’m certified in terraform and kubernetes and GCP.
I’m getting an offer from a company as Site Reliability Engineer. Is it good to move their as SRE? Will it look good on resume?
