I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon
Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

How would you deal with a difficult client/customer? OR
Tell me about a time during your undergrad where you did not get along with a project member.
A client relationship role will revolve your ability to adapt to various kind of personalities so hear your answers in that way.
Yes! This. This is ALWAYS like the number one question. So be ready with the answer. I feel like there are always a lot of situational questions as well.
How would you deal with an upset customer? They might give you a specific scenario and ask how you'd resolve the problem. Alternately, they may be more general if you're new and ask you to describe a time where you solved a difficult interpersonal problem. They'll want to know about any sales experience, what you learned from it, and maybe how you would prioritize multiple given problems appearing at once.
Good ideas from FSR1 and C1. I'd add something along the lines of, "What, in your view, is the most critical aspect of customer service?" "What do you do when you find yourself frustrated at work?"
