I am a Data Engineer with 4 YOE. I currently have two offers and am confused which one to choose:

1) Abinbev(3rd party payroll) : 27 LPA fixed + 2 LPA Variable

They warned in the technical round itself that the work will be demanding and long working hours. The tech stack and the use cases are very traditional batch processing and migration.

2) Equilend : 23.5 LPA fixed + 1.5 LPA Variable

The tech stack is promising and better use cases.

Please help.

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I am now actively looking but how do I explain to other employers why I am actively looking and what do I put on my resume? I have never had to deal with this before.

Lateraled into banking and I'm getting killed. My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it. If I ask questions to clarify he gets annoyed, he says read what I wrote again, how is what I said confusing, etc. Dude I just want to be fed info my first few months until I reach a critical mass level of info to run shit on my own to some degree's
