I have got 2 offers, as listed below.

BMC Software , offering 44 LPA as CTC.

HSBC India , offering 41 LPA as CTC.

Can someone suggest me which one should I prefer? Considering factors like work culture, benefits and allowances.

I have a total of 8.1 yrs of development experience in Java, Bigdata and Hadoop (new to it).
I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
