I am a new hire in deloitte and after my first check in with my team leader she told me if I don't improve my performance before my next snapshot she will put me into PIP. What should I do can anyone suggest I am too much stressed out because of this and this was my first snap shot which I raised after I joined deloitte.
Ps: I am the only one who received this kind of feedback from my TL, no other new hire receive this message inspite having similar performance like me.

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

I am talking with my company about a layoff. package. There is a non compete clause in my contract, if my company wants to enforce a non compete, should they pay me? The reason is that my employment would be limited if they try to enforce that

Anyone feel like your job sees you as "one of the good ones?" It hasn't explicitly been said, but I'm one of the only Black attorneys at the firm and I think my white colleagues and partners see me as an example of how Black folks "should be" cause I mind my business. I am from Deloitte USI, Pune. Can anyone let me know whether Deloitte USI has a professional Cricket team/Club? Would love to be a part of it. I have represented state team (U-19) and national team as well :) Do we have various tournaments too where we can play with other Company teams?
If we don't have any club, then we should create one. I can volunteer in preparing one.
