I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).

For the last three years I have seen my practice only promote white guys to senior managers even though a few of the main partners are Indians.
