I have offer from accenture for level 7 with 42 fixed and 32% variable while Infosys is offering principal consultant with same 42 fixed and 20% variable. Cognizant is matching the fixed along with 1.5 lakh variable for manager designation. Please guide which one should I join from growth and job security perspective alongwith other pros and cons.

Anyone else at small firms frustrated at the lack of training and unwillingness to implement a training program? It all falls to seniors who haven't even been trained themselves. 🙄

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?
