I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.

Which one would you opt considering that Mphasis is a bigger company(terms of employee count) than either Optimum Info System or Shell ?.

Which is a better company ?

In a base package of 28 lakhs, the in hand salary will be 1.8Lakhs , but structure shows 2.3Lakhs.
What can I do in order to get the full amount?
