I cleared IBM interview, even they discussed salary expectations with me. A day later HR also told she has sent for approval and i filled all forms whatever she shared..It's almost a week and still i ddnt get offer letter.. Any idea when i will be getting or will I surely get?

They said they will release offer within 7days

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
