I got an offer letter today from BMW Techworks.

I accepted the Offer Letter, but didn't digitally sign the document and didn't get any email post accepting the offer letter.

Also I can't find the Offer Letter in BMW TechWorks careers page.

Could I have rejected the Offer Letter by mistake.

My Current status is "Yet to Join"
