Most of the offer of Wells are getting rejected by candidates now a days. An HR who is my gud frnd has told me that, candidates now a days not even attending interview after accepting the schedule slot. Hence don't worry at all. As a well wisher I recommend never ever think to join Wells in near future. You will be in hell after 3 months of joining. Now few will say, Wells is a good company to work.. But out of 100, only 10% of team are blessed with good leaders and manager,other all are suffocating in toxic work culture, favourism, biased bossism, zero inclusivity, zero authority, not quality work etc etc
