I have 3.8 yrs of experience but haven’t had the smoothest run—had to change jobs due to misaligned roles, family emergencies, and company instability.

1st (1.3y): Asked to do sales, not my skillset
2nd (11m): Family emergency
Gap (6m): Freelanced
3rd (11m): Underpaid, co-founder (who left) gave hike not my reporting manager
4th (2m): Misrepresented role (sales again), not mentioned during interview

How do I explain this in interviews without sounding like a job hopper?

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
