I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. I was very proud of what I submitted, and know it was great quality and up to industry standards given I review/write this type of document quite frequently.
