I have an offer from Infosys and Schlumberger PTCI Pune. Currently I am working with Accenture and hike I have got is almost 100% from both the offers. Infy offering WHF and Joining bonus whereas SLB has hybrid work model and no joining bonus. Which one would be the better option.

But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.

I received an offer as a Senior QA Engineer in Coforge. The offer mentions a hike of 30℅ from my current salary, no joining bonus and I'm assigned to band 3. There is also a mention of the probation period of 6 months. Can this be considered as a good offer?
