1. Are RSU's vest during notice period in synopsys ?

2. If yes , than can vesting date be same as last working day of the employee ?

Any thoughts on the IP litigation outlook in Atlanta and/or Charlotte? Looking to move but I’m not sure of the workload there. I predominately focus on patent infringement at my current firm.
