Just to be in a proper position to negotiate/expect, how much can I make with 1.8 YOE in the current market for a full stack developer. Excluding the likes of MAANG or alike paying companies. Hi Folks,

I'm in negotiation with the this data company (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!

Am I panicking unnecessarily? Should I hold my nerve? Or should I break the logjam and just accept?

PS I had just joined another org because they were taking too long to process + my dream co is only matching current CTC.
