I just wanted to share my interview experience with you I have 4 + years of experience as a Java Backend Developer.I have cleared my first round in epam which is happened for one and half hour and the second round also went well for one and half hour.When I have contacted my recruiter about the feedback of second round he was telling that panelist given negative feedback as I'm using AI tool that's the reason I'm able to answer most of the questions.I have raised this concern to hr 😥

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?
