Yes they do at all levels, in fact they’ve just increased the allowances for each level.

If you're concerned about how large the mobile expense allowance is, I don't think I would want you as an employee. It's a pittance, just like your personal (yours alone, not your family's) mobile bill should be. It should cover you, alone, on an Unlimited plan with any major US carrier. You can probably squeeze in a tablet plan on top of the phone too if you're smart. But it's nothing more. What else would you expect and why would you bother to ask?
AD1 - some of us are curious by nature. Also, it’s always good practice to project your monthly expenses when taking a significant career decision which is in this case taking up employment at pro. I see this as another perks of the job. That is my reasoning for asking. Why are you so pissed today?
