Hi fishes i received offer letter from tcs and i provided the tentative date of joining from my aide to tcs. However the recruiter is saying that the confirmed joining date is updated in the portal. I can see it however i thought that i would receive an official joining letter from tcs. Whats going on here? Is this process normal. They are telling me they will give me the appointment letter after joining tcs. Please help me.
