I recently did my first switch and it's been a month. The first month salary has been credited.
However in the EPF service history, my new company(present one) details are not added/updated.The old company(first one) has already marked the date of exit.

What should I do here, shouldnt I be seeing the new company details also, am I missing anything. Pls let me know on this...

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet? I have cleared three round of interviews in VMware for a business analyst position. One primary screening and two technical rounds. One more round is scheduled for further discussion. So is it a technical round or not. Also how many rounds are there going to happen.
