Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance

How do people increase their credit score? Mine’s only around 790/770 for transunion/equifax respectively and its been like that for a while now. See a lot of people slamming their “big firm” experience and wanting to move on from it. I’ve got 2YOE but not at a big firm and can’t help feeing I’m missing out on something (name brand, skills, network etc). What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k
