I had joined HSBC EDP last year and left within a month after joining. Reason was - had a better offer with Barclays. It was clean exit - resignation, relieving letter, no fight with mgr.

Now I get calls from consultants for HSBC job and am being tempted to attend interviews.

My questions:
1. Will HSBC EDP consider rehiring me after my track record ? Its been more than 15 months I left them.

2. Will that be good decision joining HSBC in this market scenario and leaving @ Barclays ?

Could anyone give suggestions on how to prepare resume to get shortlisted for FAANG companies?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Does anyone have an idea about what techno functional role actually is in HSBC? Is it more like a Business Analyst? My prior experience is completely in Technical side.
