Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

After joining you will start giving client interviews. If they tell that a client is assigned for you, it means it will be your first interview with them. If they don't find projects for you or you don't clear few interviews, you will be kicked out. Project enrollment is very slow. In 3 months, you will get hardly 3 opportunities. The more experience you are, the faster company will kick you out. 2 to 3 years experience folks get 4 to 5 months on bench. The project durations are short term. After some 9 months or year, you will be back to bench and process repeats. There are zero hikes since 3 years. Promotions are very slow. Before the client interview, you will have internal evaluation. These interviews are tough than you have experienced before joining. After each interview, the staffing folks only pass negative feedback only to document it which is useful for company to kick you out formally.

Definitely not recommended. The company is consistently in negative growth. No hikes since last 3 years. Most of the projects have no work life balance. You can join if you have no other offers.
