Hi Folks, Can anyone comment or give insider view on the stability of Capita. as per the media news and few updates on internal employees, there was a considerable number in layoff/ roles impacted until mid 2024.

How is the business doing now? what is the vibe with projects? I have an offer from capita and honestly do not want to join and be asked to move out few months down the line.

better to consider other offer then maybe with lesser money but better future, learning, stability.
