Hi! I am curious about getting into digital marketing at the Big 4 or another consulting firm. I am not a fresher either, I am a more experienced professional. have worked at other Fortune 500 companies within digital marketing. To complicate it, I would need a skilled worker visa sponsorship. I see lots of threads on here where it is totally possible. May anyone from Deloitte Accenture Capgemini or other firms share their experiences?
Many thanks!
Hi fishes! My spouse is planning to go to India but we would need to get her visa stamped before coming back. I see that getting appointment is such a huge problem right now. Can we get her visa stamped from a different country? In this case, we were considering Qatar, she grew up there and has her brother there. For what it’s worth she qualifies for Dropbox in India. How do I find out if Qatar works in our case?Deloitte

Current employer is never notified of a transfer. You can do your two weeks and move to new employer. Congratulations on the new job!
Current employer wouldn’t know until you tell them. And yes I think your current employer will expect you to work during those two weeks because they will be paying you:)

OP is asking if he can continue to work AFTER the transfer is completed. Since OP likely did not give the notice until the transfer was complete. Now that the transfer is complete, his new status is with the new employer. Can he then still work for the old employer for 2 weeks to serve the notice period? I think that's what OP is asking.
The word H-1B transfer is a misnomer. It’s not a transfer. It’s a new application just cap exempt. That’s what throws off people.
