How is your experience currently in the company?
How is the hybrid model being followed and do you still have to log in 9 hours of work each day?

So far its ok, jyada kaam nahi he, kiso project me assign kar denge wo pata nahi, jo tech mangoge wo milrga nahi, hike ok ok he, perks theek thaak he, internal politics he aur leadership theek thak he, agar baithne aur time kaatne ke liye aa rahe to achaa he, workload ok ok he. Overall theek thaak he.

Ok, it seems like a problem to me.
The reason I am switching from current organization is lack of projects.
Is there any work at all assigned to you currently or just waiting for access and that kind of stuff.
Especially if they give some random, legacy tech, that will be bad for future growth.

Want to ideally be in some faced paced work environment, even if wlb is compromised a bit.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india. So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?
