Hi Folks, I applied for a Testing intermediate analyst
C11 role at Citi. Cleared 1st round and gave the 2nd, but haven’t received confirmation yet. The recruiter asked for my salary slips/increment letter (current CTC ₹11 LPA) and then shared a new link to apply with a different job ID and title not mentioning C11. Does Citi downgrade the role level based on current salary?
IF NO then, will citi offer the C11 salary band or try to give a lower package based on current CTC.
