Hi folks, I have 4 YOE and currently hold two offers—Takeda and Hitachi—for Data Engineer roles with similar compensation. My top priority is job security and long-term stability. I've seen news about Takeda's patent losses, lawsuits, and the recent 4,500-employee restructuring. Is Takeda still a stable company to join? Any insights on job security, work culture, and career growth would be greatly appreciated.

PEOPLE DO MAKE MISTAKES!! but My manager reacts very rudely everytime with me, And all seniors who are with him around 10+ years will assign tickets to me and they monitor me continuously.
