I have almost 3 years of experience with KPMG India as an Audit assistant.
I tried to switch my profile to Finance and landed up to start-up. No doubt its paying far better than KPMG India but their micro- management and working environment is really very toxic. They want us to work for 16-17 hours atleast.
I want to switch & im actively applying on Glassdoor, Naukri & Linkedin but I'm not getting the response. Could anyone please guide me what I do? It would really be a great help.
