Hi, received a job offer (accepted) with about 20K increase, 30% bonus and some stock option. Controller position at a startup company. My current company countered with 30% increase, 25% bonus and stock option (already being traded) not a controller title but darn close. Kinda torn as I believe i would have more growth at my current company.

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? How's the job security at Accenture as such? I know that last year, they sacked people ruthlessly and now are facing a resource crunch. Also that they mandatorily place poor performers in PIP.
