I just received a call from Nagarro HR, and they shared an aptitude test link with 20 questions.
To be honest, I was a bit surprised that there's an aptitude test even for an experienced candidate. It reminded me of my college placement days! 😄
Has anyone here taken this test recently? Could you please let me know what kind of questions are usually asked and if there's anything I should prepare beforehand?

I figure if anyone can understand this, it’s you all. I feel like I’m losing my damn mind. I have always loved communications, and I’m really good at it. But lately I’m so tired of politics and toxicity that I it’s sent me into a depression tailspin, on top of a pretty severe mid-life crisis. Two and a half weeks ago, I quit my job with nothing lined up. Not the smartest thing I’ve ever done, but I kind of feel like self-preservation was at work here. I want to do work that makes a difference. ☹️
