I need help to identify if this uploaded salary slip is genuine or fake/edited

Honestly, I feel it is fake, as person who has shared claims annual CTC 21 LPA and the numbers in the salary slip are obviously not for 21 LPA package.

Also, this person doesn't have account on LinkedIn. Sorry, bt I feel nowadays, professionals with more than 5 yrs exp do have profiles on LinkedIn(excluding a few).

Few more points:
-Company name contains "RD" and not "R&D".
-UAN is missing.

Shop with bad reputation that lacks PR and hardly enters awards but has a lot of book-worthy projects.

I made a couple errors at a new job. An important document to be distributed had wrong information on it, which was proofread by 2 other people. Then a couple of typos in emails, the person micromanaging me told me to send out but I didn’t fix the errors. Failed to meet a deadline but completed 95%. I was written up over all this last week, fired this week. There’s a lot more to this but I think it’s because the DM doesn’t like me.

EY FSRM role OR JPMC PM role OR Shell Market Risk role

Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC

Have worked in a consulting firm and so know about the wlb there!
