My experience is 9.5 years as Java Springboot Microservices backend developer. Currently in Lead software engineer designation.
Current fixed 26.7lpa
Expected fixed 38lpa

My question is
1. Is SDE4 aligns with Technical Lead designation for 9.5 yrs experience?
2. Would like to know the interview process round by round.
